Head of Quality

6-Month+ Contract

This is an opportunity to join a specialist engineering and manufacturing business at a pivotal stage in its quality journey. Operating within a low-volume, high-complexity environment, the business supplies technically advanced products into demanding and highly regulated industries where quality, reliability, and compliance are critical.

The focus of this contract is not simply maintaining existing systems. The business is looking for an experienced Quality leader who can make an immediate impact, driving improvements across quality systems, processes, and culture whilst providing strong leadership across the wider operation.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, production, and supply chain functions, you'll play a key role in strengthening quality capability across the business. Reporting directly into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the Quality Management System and help shape the future direction of quality across the site.

A key priority will be supporting the ongoing development of quality systems, embedding best practice, and ensuring quality is viewed as a shared responsibility throughout the organization rather than a standalone function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
