We're looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Quality, Curriculum & Inclusion to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our apprenticeship and commercial provision.

About the Role
As our Head of Quality, Curriculum & Inclusion, you'll provide strategic leadership across quality assurance, curriculum design, teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring our provision remains innovative, compliant and inspection ready.
You'll lead our quality improvement strategy, oversee curriculum development, champion inclusive practice and work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver exceptional outcomes for learners and employers.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across quality assurance, curriculum design, teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Ensure our provision remains innovative, compliant, and inspection ready.
- Lead our quality improvement strategy.
- Oversee curriculum development.
- Champion inclusive practice.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver exceptional outcomes for learners and employers.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an inspiring leader with:
- Significant leadership experience within apprenticeships or Further Education.
- A proven track record of improving quality and leading successful inspection outcomes.
- Expert knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework, Curriculum Development, and Apprenticeship Quality.
- Experience leading self-assessment (SAR) and Quality Improvement Planning (QIP).
- A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to influence, support, and challenge others to achieve excellence.

Location
Remote (minimum 2 days per month in Twickenham)
Salary
£55,000 per annum
