Reds10 is seeking a Head of Quality

This is a new role and will lead quality across our manufacturing and project delivery operations. This is a leadership role aligning quality assurance across factory, site, and supply chain into a single high-performing function—driving consistency, reducing defects, strengthening compliance, and enhancing client confidence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape quality within a fast-growing, industrialised construction business.

Accountabilities

  • Set and own the Reds10 quality strategy across design, procurement, offsite manufacture, logistics, installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Lead the Quality function, integrating QA, Package Leads, factory inspection, and site assurance into a disciplined operating model with clear responsibilities, escalation routes, and decision rights.
  • Manage the Quality Team who will advise and support in their specialisms across the construction process to all departments.
  • Develop factory quality controls, inspection, and test plans.
  • Ensure design-for-manufacture and assembly quality risks are identified early, challenged constructively, and closed before production release.
  • Oversee site quality assurance across installation, completion, pre-handover inspections, snagging, defect close-out, and client acceptance.
  • Build a proactive quality culture across factories, offices, sites, and the supply chain, with visible leadership, practical training, and clear expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
