We’re partnering exclusively with a major UK adult social care organisation to appoint a Head of Quality, Risk & Insights where you can genuinely influence organisational strategy, improve quality and ultimately make a difference to people's lives
This is a leadership role, with responsibility for shaping the organisation’s approach to quality intelligence, risk, investigations, governance and organisational learning.
The opportunity
You’ll lead the development of a high performing team covering investigations, complaints and feedback, incidents, quality intelligence and governance, while providing strategic insight to senior leadership and governance forums.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the organisation’s quality intelligence and risk strategy
- Identifying emerging risks and trends through sophisticated data triangulation
- Leading serious incident reviews, thematic reviews and complex investigations
- Turning incidents, complaints, audits and inspections into meaningful organisational learning
- Developing dashboards, reporting and risk analysis for Executive and Board-level audiences
- Strengthening governance, regulatory compliance, policies and quality systems
- Leading and developing a team and embedding a culture of curiosity, accountability and continuous improvement
- Working closely with operational, clinical and quality leaders to drive measurable improvement

What we’re looking for
You’ll bring senior level experience across quality, governance, risk or operational leadership within adult social care, healthcare or another regulated environment.
We’re particularly interested in people who can:
- Analyse complex information and turn it into clear, actionable insight
- Lead complex investigations and robust root cause analysis
- Confidently present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Understand regulatory compliance and quality assurance
- Lead and develop high performing teams
- Work confidently with management systems
