As a person with significant experience in the field of child protection, you will enjoy supporting and coaching service managers in the provision of good quality and safe care. You will ensure our child care policies are fit for purpose, lead and manage complaints procedures, lead audit and review processes, review behaviour management and risk management activities and support health and safety and personalisation development activities throughout Aberlour. You will support our learning culture, facilitating review processes ensuring babies, children and families' voices and experiences are listened to and acted upon.
This is a leadership opportunity to work alongside our Assistant Directors and Service Managers to implement and oversee a range of quality assurance methods that will improve the services we provide.
You will hold a relevant professional social care or social work qualification at SCQF level 9 or above. You will also have a management qualification at SCQF level 8 or above, or equivalent knowledge gained through alternative means.

We support hybrid working. This post will be expected to travel as required to work alongside managers and senior leaders.
