Remote | International B2B Sportsbook | Senior Leadership Role

We are working with a fast-growing B2B sportsbook technology company powering operators across Europe and Latin America.

This is a high-impact senior leadership role with the opportunity to fundamentally transform how the sportsbook prices markets and manages risk: moving towards highly automated, model-driven trading.

You will lead the quantitative function and work closely with the VP R&D Trading and Chief Trading Officer to build and productionise best-in-class pricing and risk models.

What you will own

  • Build and lead the Quantitative Trading team, covering pre-match and in-play pricing, risk/liability models and trading automation
  • Own the models behind key products including Bet Builder, same-game pricing, Cash Out, personalisation and market availability
  • Define and execute the roadmap for automating sports, markets and trading processes
  • Take models from research into live production, ensuring quality, performance and scalability
  • Set and monitor model performance across margin, hold, price accuracy and market availability
  • Work closely with R&D Trading, Engineering and AI teams to productionise models and develop the underlying data platform
  • Help redefine the role of the trader around model supervision and exception management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
