The Role

As Head of Real Estate – UK & Ireland, you will play a key role in driving the growth of infinitSpace across the UK and Ireland.

Reporting to the Group Real Estate & Acquisitions Director, you will be responsible for building and converting a strong pipeline of new building and Landlord Partner opportunities across both our beyond branded and white-label workspace solutions.

This is a senior, commercially focused role, working closely with building owners, landlords, commercial agents, and other key industry stakeholders to identify new opportunities and grow the infinitSpace network.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline Growth

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new building opportunities, with an initial focus on key markets including London and Dublin
  • Identify opportunities through inbound and outbound business development, commercial agents, building owners, and wider market relationships
  • Present infinitSpace services and solutions to prospective Landlord Partners and industry stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate leads and opportunities within HubSpot and identify further growth opportunities across existing Landlord Partner relationships

Landlord & Partner Engagement

  • Build trusted senior-level relationships with prospective and existing Landlord Partners
  • Lead and attend prospective Landlord Partner meetings and present commercial proposals
  • Understand partner requirements and position the most appropriate infinitSpace solution
  • Represent infinitSpace confidently with senior decision-makers and at C-suite level

Property Assessment & Deal Progression

  • Carry out site visits and assessments of prospective buildings
  • Support the progression of opportunities through Heads of Terms, Letters of Intent, and management agreements
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations throughout the opportunity lifecycle
  • Work with the Director, Founders, and wider senior team to secure new Landlord Partner signings

Market Presence & Brand

  • Act as a senior ambassador for infinitSpace across the UK and Irish commercial real estate markets
  • Attend relevant industry and networking events and develop strong market relationships
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the flexible workspace and commercial office sector
  • Use market insight and data to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making

About You

Experience & Knowledge

  • 5+ years’ experience within the flexible workspace or commercial office market
  • Senior-level experience in Business Development, Real Estate, Sales, or a similar commercial role
  • Strong understanding of the flexible office sector and wider commercial property market
  • Proven experience developing senior stakeholder relationships and progressing complex commercial opportunities

  • Highly numerate, analytical, and comfortable using data to support decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, resilient, and results driven

Qualifications & Tools

  • Degree-level education and/or significant relevant professional experience
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and AI tools
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving commercial environment
  • Able to represent infinitSpace professionally at the highest level
