We are seeking a commercially minded and delivery-focused Head of Recruitment to lead and own all recruitment activity across the AV Group. This role is accountable for ensuring the Group attracts, engages, and secures high-calibre talent to support current delivery commitments and future growth ambitions.

The Head of Recruitment will develop and maintain a proactive recruitment capability, ensuring the business has access to a live pipeline of exceptional candidates who can be mobilised quickly as opportunities arise. The role will work closely with the Executive Team and business leaders to anticipate future demand and translate business plans into effective workforce and hiring strategies.

In addition to supporting internal hiring, the Head of Recruitment will own the Group's external recruitment service, shaping a credible and commercially viable offering for clients. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong recruitment expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent stakeholder management. The successful candidate will balance strategic ownership with hands-on delivery and will establish recruitment as a key enabler of the Group's growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
