Eurobase People is entering an exciting period of growth, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Recruitment to take ownership of our permanent recruitment division and play a key role in our next stage of expansion.
This is a leadership and commercial opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing a team. You'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, grow revenue, develop high performing recruitment teams and influence where we go next.
Whether you're currently a Head of Recruitment, Divisional Manager, Billing Manager or Recruitment Team Leader, we're interested in hearing from experienced leaders with the ambition to take the next step.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead and scale our permanent recruitment division
- Develop and execute a strategy to increase revenue, market share and client growth
- Build, hire, manage and develop high performing recruitment teams
- Set commercial and performance strategy across the division
- Drive new business and develop key client relationships
- Identify new markets, sectors and opportunities for growth
- Coach and develop recruitment leaders and consultants
- Establish a high performance culture focused on delivery, quality and results
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities and take action to improve results
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape wider business strategy

You'll Ideally Have:
- Proven experience within permanent recruitment
- Previous recruitment management/leadership experience
- A strong and consistent billing track record
- Experience building, managing and developing recruitment teams
- Strong business development and client management experience
- Commercial awareness and a genuine appetite for growth
- The ability to develop and execute a recruitment strategy
- Experience managing performance and driving accountability
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Experience within Technology, IT or another specialist recruitment market would be highly desirable
- The ambition to play a significant role in the future growth of the business
