Eurobase People is growing in London, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Leader to play a pivotal role in growing our London office.
This is a great opportunity to build and lead a recruitment team while having the backing of an established business with over 25 years of industry experience.
You'll be responsible for leading from the front - continuing to develop your own desk while hiring, coaching and managing a team of Recruitment Consultants, driving performance and helping shape the future direction of our London operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of Recruitment Consultants, driving performance and development
- Building and growing your own successful 360 recruitment desk
- Hiring, onboarding, coaching and mentoring new consultants
- Setting clear expectations around activity, performance and revenue
- Supporting consultants to develop their desks and maximise their potential
- Driving business development and strengthening client relationships
- Developing recruitment strategies across specialist Technology markets
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape the growth of the London office
- Creating a high performance culture where people are motivated to succeed
- Identifying opportunities to grow the team, client base and overall London operation

You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants
- A strong track record within 360 recruitment
- Proven billing and commercial success
- Experience within IT, Technology, Digital, ERP, Engineering or another specialist recruitment market
- Strong business development and client management experience
- Experience hiring, coaching and developing recruiters
- The ability to set expectations, manage performance and hold people accountable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commercially driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- The resilience and ambition to help grow a business
