Recruitment Manager - RPO
£60,000 basic | £80,000 OTE
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced recruitment or solutions professional to take ownership of an established Embedded & Project Solutions function.
You’ll inherit a significant existing portfolio, an established delivery team — with the opportunity to develop the team, strengthen existing client relationships and play a key role in launching and growing new solutions.
The opportunity
Reporting into the Director, you’ll take overall responsibility for the performance of the RPO team.
You’ll have genuine autonomy to run the function, develop its people and shape how it grows.
What you'll own
Team leadership & development
- Lead, coach and develop the delivery team, setting objectives and KPIs, running one-to-ones and creating a consistently high standard of delivery across every programme.

Embedded & project delivery
- Take ownership of embedded programmes, retained assignments and project solutions, ensuring strong service levels, hiring outcomes, governance and client experience.
Forecasting & capacity planning
- Understand future client demand and build the resource plan around it, ensuring the team is prepared for new launches and peaks in hiring.
Programme mobilisation
- Lead the implementation of new solutions, from launch planning and onboarding into client environments through to identifying and managing risks.

Commercial performance
- Own the performance of the existing accounts while identifying opportunities to expand services, increase revenue and support the wider Solutions business in winning new work.
Who this will suit
This role would suit someone who understands recruitment delivery but wants considerably more ownership than a traditional recruitment management position.
You'll need to be comfortable combining people leadership, client management, operational delivery and commercial responsibility.
You may already be leading an embedded, RPO, MSP, project recruitment or solutions environment, or you could be an experienced recruitment leader ready to step into broader commercial ownership.
