Head of Regional Field Sales - North/West Yorkshire

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer-obsessed people, and we’re looking for a Head of Regional Field Sales with strong field sales leadership and coaching experience to lead our regional sales engine and deliver outstanding commercial results.

This role is field-based, with occasional travel to our Willerby, Hull office.

- Take full ownership of regional sales performance, ensuring activity, productivity, and conversion combine to deliver the monthly sales budget.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a confident, capable, and productive field sales team.
- Provide hands-on coaching, constructive feedback, and field support to improve performance and consistency.
- Use sales data to identify trends, manage risks, and implement clear improvement plans.
- Oversee territories, fleet, travel, incentives, and commission processes to keep your region operating effectively.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to remove blockers and improve the way we work.

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
- Proven experience leading a field sales team or regional sales operation in a target-driven environment.
- A strong track record of delivering sales results through effective coaching, clear KPIs, and performance management.
- Confident using data to spot trends, identify performance gaps, and turn insight into practical action.
- Skilled at recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing successful sales teams.
- Commercially focused, with the ability to balance people leadership, operational priorities, and regional performance.
- Comfortable setting clear expectations, constructively challenging underperformance, and holding people accountable.
- Highly organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience within telecommunications, broadband, utilities, direct sales, or door-to-door sales would be advantageous.
