Head of Regulatory Finance Change
My leading Banking client is looking for a Head of Regulatory Finance Change to provide leadership and guidance to the Finance Change team, and to deliver high profile Finance Change projects. You'll control, manage and drive the change development schedule, prioritising activity and directing developer resource appropriately, maintaining and updating the Reg Roadmap strategy, ensuring best in class architecture to support the execution of our Reg Reporting requirements.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Extensive experience of Prudential (PRA) regulation across EMEA.
- Excellent Regulatory Finance Change background.
- Strong knowledge of data requirements and calculations required for Regulatory output.
- Financial Product knowledge (including; IR & FX Derivatives, Securities, Equity, Loans, Deposits, Current Accounts).
- Excellent communication skills.
