Job Overview
The Head of Rental defines, leads and executes the end-to-end strategy for Stellantis Rental fleet channels across all Stellantis brands, ensuring optimal delivery of volume, profitability and market share in alignment with European and global strategy. The role acts as the senior face of Stellantis within the rental channel, owning key international framework agreements and strategic partnerships, while driving a coherent, multi-brand approach to rental business that balances commercial performance with long-term brand and residual value integrity.

You Are Likely To Bring
- Fluent English
- Strong education background (degree level advantageous).
- Senior leadership and operational management capability essential.
- Experience in fleet/B2B/sales environment essential
- Senior experienced leader with proven delivery in matrix environments.
- Experience interacting with senior leadership locally.
- Experience operating successfully with key fleet customers on challenging issues
- Data-driven operator with excellent presentation and stakeholder influence; expert user of Excel/PowerPoint/reporting tools.
- Intelligent and able to decipher and prioritise what is important.
- Strategic thinker who relentlessly drives performance and pioneers change.
- Resilient and composed under pressure; high emotional intelligence and patience.
- Comfort operating at numerous levels internally and externally, with strong presentation skills for senior audiences and customers.
- Expert user of Excel, PowerPoint and data reporting tools; able to present fleet-relevant metrics clearly with sound commercial judgement.

Job Responsibilities
- Operates at Head of level with P&L influence over Rental channel performance.
- Responsible for all rental volume with high visibility at European level.
- Leads through direct sales teams — focus on strategic leadership and performance governance.
- Acts as a senior representative of Stellantis Rental channels externally.
- Works within a multi-brand, multi-channel European framework, requiring strong alignment with central teams.
- High degree of autonomy within governance structures, with accountability for significant financial outcomes.
- Requires exceptional stakeholder management, both internally (EU leadership, brand directors, finance) and externally (leasing companies, rental groups, corporates).
- Success measured on sustainable delivery of volume, profitability, mix and strategic positioning.
- The Head of Rental will own a multi-million-pound cost centre covering sales within the RAC channel across all brands. They will function as the financial steward ensuring cost-efficient sales structure, while balancing commercial impact and market share.
- Accountable for the UK RAC strategy performance, including 50K+ annual units and €75m GCR, the Head of Rental ensures that UK strategy and execution is tightly aligned within the UK fleet team.
