Overview
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded regional law firm in a leadership capacity.
- You'll head up a busy Residential Property team, combining a manageable caseload with responsibility for supervising and developing Conveyancers, Paralegals, and Trainees.
- Working with an established client base, you'll advise on the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership transactions.
- As Team Leader, you'll oversee workflow, provide technical support on complex matters, and ensure exceptional standards of client care are maintained across the department.
- You'll play an active role in the continued growth of the team, mentoring junior colleagues, and helping to drive performance, efficiency, and business development initiatives.

Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of five years experience gained within a busy residential property team. Previous supervisory or team management experience would be advantageous, although ambitious senior conveyancers looking to take their first leadership role are encouraged.
- You will possess excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, introducers, and colleagues alike.
