Role: Head of Resourcing
Location: Remote (UK) | Executive Leadership Opportunity (to be considered you must be UK based now)
Salary: 80 - 100k DOE + bonus + benefits
We're looking for an outstanding Head of Resourcing to lead the talent acquisition strategy for one of the UK's largest and most diverse employers, supporting a workforce of approximately 7,000 colleagues across multiple UK locations.
Experience within sectors such as retail, logistics, hospitality, customer operations, outsourcing, or other high-volume, fast-paced environments would be particularly valuable. Equally if you have worked for one of the large RPO operators (AMS, Manpower, Korn Ferry etc) and have led large scale contracts that expertise would be highly valuable.
This is far more than a recruitment leadership role. You'll shape how we attract, develop and retain talent, ensuring we have the capability to meet today's business needs while building a workforce ready for the future.
The Opportunity:
- Leading a high-performing resourcing team, you'll be responsible for delivering recruitment across every level of the organisation—from high-volume operational hiring through to strategic senior appointments.
- You'll partner with executive leaders to develop workforce plans, create innovative attraction strategies and ensure the business has access to the talent it needs in an increasingly competitive market.
- Alongside external recruitment, you'll champion internal mobility, career development and workforce planning, helping to maximise the potential of our existing people through effective redeployment, talent development and learning initiatives.
- This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence business strategy and make a lasting impact across a large, diverse organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
