About The Venue
Since 2011, Rhubarb have provided all food and drink at the iconic Royal Albert Hall.
With over 350 diverse and exciting events taking place each year, guests to the Royal Albert Hall can complement their visit with exceptional hospitality experiences.
The Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 distinct restaurant spaces: the all-day, premium-casual Verdi Italian Kitchen; renowned grill restaurant the Elgar Room Brasserie and the beautiful Coda by Eric Chavot.
Role Purpose
Head of Restaurants – Rhubarb at the Royal Albert Hall, London (Multi-Site GM)
Rhubarb at the Royal Albert Hall, London, is looking for a Head of Restaurants to lead our three restaurants — Coda, Elgar and Verdi — spanning premium, premium-plus and super-premium dining. This is a General Manager–level role with full accountability for a high revenue, multi-site restaurant division. With 3 Restaurant Managers reporting directly to you and a wider team of 100, you'll be the senior lead for all things restaurants, balancing hands-on operational leadership with commercial strategy, and acting as the main point of contact for the Royal Albert Hall.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the commercial strategy, revenue and P&L performance across all three restaurants
- Manage cost control, staffing levels and profitability against targets
- Set and uphold service standards, driving guest experience and reputation
- Align restaurant operations with the Hall's show calendar, demographics and booking strategy
- Lead, develop and performance-manage the Restaurant Management team
- Represent the division at Senior Leadership and Steering Committee level
Who We're Looking For
- A senior restaurant leader from a premium or luxury hospitality background, ideally multi-site
- Experience in hotels, destination venues or high-profile multi-outlet operations
- Hands-on operator who's equally comfortable on the floor and leading strategy
- Strong commercial acumen, confident owning revenue and P&L at scale
- A credible relationship-builder, able to represent the business with a high-profile client
- Proven people leader with experience managing managers

- Salary: £55,000, dependent on experience
- Location: Royal Albert Hall, London
- Reports to the Deputy Director and sits on the Steering Committee
