About Lone Design Club

Lone Design Club is helping shape the future of physical retail.

Through our technology platform, Revolving Spaces, we partner with some of Europe's leading landlords - including Ingka Centres (IKEA), Value Retail, The Crown Estate, Boxpark and Pradera Lateral - to transform vacant retail space into thriving retail destinations.

Alongside our landlord partnerships, we've built one of Europe's fastest-growing communities of premium, emerging and digitally native brands. We help brands access exceptional retail locations without the commitment of long-term leases, enabling them to test new markets, grow their customer base and scale their physical retail presence.

As demand continues to grow across Europe, we're looking for an exceptional retail leader to take ownership of our flagship locations, building world-class retail experiences while driving commercial success for both our landlords and brand partners.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead LDC's European retail and brand partnerships function. You'll be responsible for the commercial and operational success of our flagship retail destinations, owning occupancy, brand partnerships, retail operations and landlord relationships across multiple locations.

You'll work directly with some of Europe's leading landlords and the most exciting consumer brands, ensuring every location delivers exceptional commercial performance, operational excellence and unforgettable customer experiences.

We're looking for someone who combines outstanding retail leadership with strong commercial instincts and enjoys building high-performing retail environments from the ground up.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Brand Partnerships & Commercial Growth

  • Own occupancy, revenue and commercial performance across LDC's flagship locations.
  • Build and manage relationships with premium, luxury and emerging consumer brands.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brand partners.
  • Personally negotiate and secure retail bookings.
  • Curate the right brand mix for each destination.
  • Deliver occupancy and revenue targets across all locations.
  • Ensure every brand receives an exceptional experience before, during and after their residency.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive brand acquisition and community growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

At the same time, we help ambitious brands access exceptional locations that would traditionally have been out of reach.
