Europe's offline skincare shelves are your blank canvas. No playbook yet — you'd write it.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to build our entire European retail presence from scratch, backed by a brand with 1.75M+ customers and a proven online track record.

About The Ayurveda Experience

We are America's largest online Ayurvedic house of brands — offering natural, herbal skincare, bodycare, haircare and wellness supplements rooted in ancient Indian science. Present across 4 continents and 26+ countries, with over 1.75 million customers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and beyond, backed by thousands of 5-star reviews.

Having built a strong online presence, we are now expanding into offline retail across Western Europe — and we're looking for the person to lead that charge.

What you'll own

  • Build the offline strategy from zero: Identify priority markets (UK, France, DACH, Benelux), define the right retail channels, and create the market entry roadmap.
  • Secure shelf space at major retailers: Open doors and close deals with buyers at Sephora, Boots, Douglas, Marionnaud, department stores, pharmacies and specialty beauty boutiques.
  • Build a distributor network: Identify, negotiate and manage distributor partnerships that can scale our offline reach efficiently across multiple markets.
  • Drive sell-through, not just listings: Own the full retail journey — from securing placement to in-store execution, staff training, and driving real sell-through performance.
  • Own the P&L: Set and deliver revenue targets for offline retail across Europe, managing pricing, margins and commercial terms for profitability.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with marketing, supply chain and product teams to ensure seamless execution across all markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we're looking for

The three things that matter most

  • Retail sales experience in beauty & skincare
    • You have hands-on experience driving retail sales in the skincare or beauty industry — not just strategy, but actually getting products onto shelves and moving them. You understand how the retail floor works, what buyers want, and how to win in a competitive category.
  • Established European retail relationships
    • You have existing relationships with key decision-makers at European department stores, beauty chains and specialty retailers — ideally built through experience at large, well-known beauty or skincare brands where those networks are developed. You can pick up the phone and get a meeting.
  • Proven track record scaling a challenger brand offline
    • You've taken a small or emerging skincare or beauty brand and grown it meaningfully in offline retail — securing shelf space, building distributor relationships, and delivering real sell-through. You know what it takes to win without the backing of a household name.

Further requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the skincare, beauty or cosmetics industry with a strong understanding of retail distribution across Europe
  • Experience across both startup/challenger brands and established players — you know how to build from scratch and how to manage at scale
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — you move fast, work independently, and don't need a large team to get results
  • Strong commercial negotiator with experience closing retail and distributor contracts
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a strong plus
  • Based in Western Europe or willing to travel extensively across the region

What we offer

  • Real ownership

  • Entrepreneurial culture
    • Fast-moving, high-trust environment. Your decisions matter and you'll see the impact quickly.
