We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Revenue & Tenancy Management to lead our Leasing and Tenancy Management functions. This is a key leadership role responsible for maximising occupancy, driving rental income, shaping pricing strategy, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across a substantial residential portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Finance & Commercial Director, you'll combine strategic leadership with operational excellence, leading high-performing teams while influencing commercial decisions that support growth and long-term success.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to take ownership of revenue generation, occupancy performance, tenancy operations and pricing strategy, while leading a talented team through a period of continued growth and evolution. You will be a key voice within the business, partnering with senior leaders to enhance performance, improve processes and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Leasing and Tenancy Management teams to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
- Drive occupancy, rental income and revenue performance across the portfolio.
- Own pricing strategy, rent reviews and market positioning.
- Oversee the end-to-end tenancy journey from enquiry through to ongoing tenancy management.
- Deliver robust forecasting, budgeting, reporting and P&L management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all tenancy and leasing activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Legal and Operational teams to deliver business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and customer experience.
About You
You'll be a commercially minded leader with a strong track record in revenue management, leasing, lettings or tenancy management.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience within residential leasing, lettings or tenancy management.
- Proven success in delivering occupancy and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting and market analysis.
- Sound knowledge of UK tenancy legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to operate at senior leadership level.

Desirable
- ARLA/Propertymark qualification (Level 3 or above).
- Experience leading operational transformation or change programmes.
- Exposure to lease, licence and legal administration processes.
