Head of Revenue and Distribution
We're recruiting a Head of Revenue and Distribution for a fast-growing hotel group, covering a mixed portfolio of independent boutique properties and recognised brands. This sits on the Executive Leadership Team, with direct influence over pricing, distribution and reservations strategy across the estate.
You'll be right for this if you're a commercially sharp, numbers-first leader who's comfortable owning total revenue performance, building out a commercial team, and holding your own with Owners and Exec stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- 10+ years in multi-property Revenue Management, Reservations or Distribution
- 5+ years leading commercial strategy at senior level within luxury or upper-upscale hotels
- Experience running large, complex portfolios — bonus points for a mix of independent and franchised properties
- Strong working knowledge of Revenue Management Systems (IDeaS, Duetto), Opera PMS, CRS, Channel Managers and GDS
- Sharp financial acumen — you can read the data and turn it into a commercial plan, not just a report
- Confidence presenting to Ownership and Exec level, and equally comfortable on the operational floor
- A track record of developing commercial talent and building teams that outlast you
- An instinct for driving direct bookings and guest loyalty without discounting the luxury positioning

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
