About the role

We are looking for a Head of Revenue & Business Operations to own both our revenue engine and cross-functional operational excellence. This is a high-impact role where you’ll serve as a strategic force multiplier for leadership, aligning our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams around a single source of truth, while driving the company-wide planning and execution that enables Hyperlayer to scale.

You’ll manage and grow the Revenue & Business Operations team while owning the GTM tech stack, revenue forecasting, and company-wide operating cadences, bringing both strategic rigour and hands-on execution to everything from board reporting to CRM architecture.

What you'll do

  • Lead and scale the Revenue & Business Operations team – managing, coaching, and developing Associates and Senior Associates.
  • Own and optimise the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot CRM, sales engagement tooling, and data/BI platforms, ensuring high data quality, adoption, and ROI across all commercial teams.
  • Build and own revenue forecasting models and GTM dashboards; maintaining an accurate view of pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, and NRR, and presenting insights to the COO and board.
  • Own the sales enablement function; maintaining high-quality, up-to-date collateral (presentations, one-pagers, mock-ups) and a central knowledge hub where teams can easily find and use the right materials.
  • Partner closely with the sales team across different product lines to deliver client-specific decks and research that give us an edge in pitches and workshops.
  • Oversee strategic projects for leadership, including investor communications, cross-market analysis, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure global alignment – adapting sales support to the nuances of North America, Asia Pacific, UK, and EU markets.
  • Contribute to client engagement – joining key meetings and workshops to understand client needs firsthand.
  • Act as the CEO/COO’s strategic execution partner: identifying and resolving cross-functional bottlenecks, running high-priority special projects, and ensuring the leadership team operates with rigour and speed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM strategy role in a high-growth B2B fintech or payments business, with a clear track record of owning both the operational machinery and the strategic agenda, not just supporting them.
  • Hands-on CRM ownership – you’ve architected and run HubSpot or Salesforce end-to-end, improved data quality and pipeline visibility, and built the revenue reporting that a leadership team actually trusts. Experience designing GTM operating models (lead-to-revenue process, handoff SLAs, attribution frameworks) is essential.
  • A background in top-tier consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) or a Chief of Staff / strategic planning role – you bring structured thinking and output quality to operate at board level, while being comfortable rolling up your sleeves on execution.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a track record of building high-performing operations functions.
  • Strong domain knowledge of the B2B payments, banking, or fintech landscape – enough to earn credibility with enterprise clients and internal product teams across our key markets (North America, Asia Pacific, UK, and EU).
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (including pipeline management, reporting, and workflow automation), SharePoint, PowerPoint, and ideally Figma; familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • A balance of strategic ownership and hands-on delivery – comfortable both setting direction and rolling up your sleeves.
