Head of Revenue, Reservations & Distribution – Luxury Hotels

£80,000 + 10% Bonus + £2,006 Travel Allowance

I’m recruiting for an exciting Head of Revenue, Reservations & Distribution opportunity within a prestigious luxury hotel collection in London.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for driving the commercial strategy across a portfolio of hotels, leading Revenue Management, Reservations and Distribution and maximising total revenue, profitability and market share.

The Role

You will:

  • Lead revenue strategy across a multi-property hotel portfolio
  • Develop pricing, forecasting and commercial strategies
  • Lead the Reservations function and drive conversion, service and upselling performance
  • Own distribution strategy across direct, OTA, GDS, wholesale and third-party channels
  • Optimise channel mix and reduce cost of acquisition
  • Drive direct booking and website conversion performance
  • Lead commercial technology and revenue management systems
  • Present commercial performance and strategy to Executive Leadership and Ownership
  • Lead, coach and develop Revenue, Reservations and Distribution teams
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and General Managers

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

  • 10+ years’ experience across multi-property hotel Revenue Management, Reservations and Distribution
  • 5+ years’ senior commercial leadership experience
  • Strong experience within luxury or upper-upscale hotels
  • Experience managing a large multi-property hotel portfolio
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Management Systems such as IDeaS, Duetto or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS, CRS and Channel Management platforms
  • Strong knowledge of OTA and GDS distribution
  • Excellent commercial, analytical and forecasting capability
  • Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders/ownership
  • Marriott/franchise experience would be highly advantageous
