Our client, a global PE-backed consumer goods business, boasting a diverse portfolio of well-known brands and exciting growth drivers, is seeking to hire a dynamic Head of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to drive sustainable growth and long-term value across our client’s portfolio within the EMEA region. This is a leadership role and acts as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and leading the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function, driving significant value growth across the business, specifically for the EMEA region
- Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing RGM team, including recruiting additional team members
- Owning the pricing strategy and execution, including list price setting, inflation management, and competitor dynamics
- Implementing advanced analytics, tools, and reporting for actionable insights (e.g. pricing analytics, promotion ROI, etc)
- Actively participating in shaping the implementation of new systems like Anaplan for trade promotion management and optimisation
- Collaborating with the global RGM team to define and implement RGM strategies
- Working closely with sales, finance, and global finance teams to integrate revenue growth strategies effectively

Ideal Profile
- Extensive experience within the consumer goods/FMCG industry, and a solid understanding of customer and channel dynamics
- Strong commercial acumen, and proven experience with pricing and promotional strategies and delivering measurable revenue and margin growth
- PE experience is advantageous or, at least, an eagerness to gain experience within a PE-backed business

Office location
London. (You will be required to be in the office at least 3 days per week, and be comfortable with some business travel across the UK and EMEA as and when required.)
