Overview

Most B2B SaaS marketing is broken.
Too much budget. Too many agencies. Too many vanity metrics.
At Jiminny, we believe marketing should be accountable for pipeline, revenue and commercial impact.

We're looking for a Head of Revenue Marketing to build and scale a modern, AI-enabled revenue marketing function. This role will own demand generation, pipeline creation, content strategy, account-based marketing, SEO, social, thought leadership and marketing experimentation.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to create a marketing engine that drives measurable growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and wants to redefine how B2B SaaS marketing operates in the age of AI.

Core Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Creation

    • Own pipeline generation targets across inbound and outbound marketing channels
    • Build and execute demand generation programmes that create qualified sales opportunities
    • Develop and scale account-based marketing initiatives targeting ideal customer profiles
    • Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline velocity
    • Establish clear reporting on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline
  • Content, Brand & Thought Leadership

    • Develop and execute a content strategy focused on revenue impact rather than vanity metrics
    • Build founder-led marketing programmes alongside the CEO and executive team
    • Create compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Jiminny in a competitive market
    • Drive thought leadership across LinkedIn, industry channels and revenue leadership communities
    • Ensure content supports every stage of the buyer journey

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
