Head of Revenue Operations

Central London (Hybrid — 4 days in the office)
Up to £130K + 15% bonus

One of the fastest-growing B2B intelligence and advisory businesses in Europe is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to help power the next phase of an exceptional growth story. Backed by recent investment and with aggressive expansion firmly in the plan, this company counts some of the world's most recognisable enterprises among its membership and has earned multiple major industry accolades. Their influence at the C-suite level of global blue-chip organisations is growing fast — and so is the business behind it.

The Role

Reporting directly to the COO and sitting at the heart of the commercial leadership team, this is a role for a RevOps leader who is equally at home advising the CEO on pipeline strategy as they are building the forecasting infrastructure that makes that conversation possible.

The commercial model matters here. This is a high-ACV, low-volume business — a small number of very high-value enterprise memberships with long relationship cycles and C-suite buyers at Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. If you've built RevOps for a high-volume, transactional SaaS motion, this will be a significant shift and probably not for you. If you've operated in an enterprise, relationship-led environment where every account in the pipeline matters, the sales cycle is complex, and the numbers on the board mean something — this is your world.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This isn't a team management role. It's a high-impact, high-autonomy individual contributor position where your influence comes from the quality of your thinking, the rigour of your process, and the trust you build with the people around you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning exec and board-level sales forecasting — building and running the pipeline management processes, deal-level reviews, and forecasting cadence that give leadership real confidence in the numbers.
  • Acting as a trusted commercial partner to the COO, CEO and sales leadership — translating data into decisions, challenging assumptions with evidence, and influencing strategy at the highest level.
  • Coaching and enabling the sales team to perform at their best — building the playbooks, performance frameworks and rep-level coaching infrastructure that improve conversion and reduce revenue left on the table.
  • Owning the GTM tech stack strategy — evaluating, rationalising and directing the tooling (Salesforce, Clay, Gong and beyond) with an AI-first lens. You don't need to build everything yourself, but you need to know exactly what good looks like and be able to make it happen.
  • Leading AI-first thinking across commercial operations — not as a technical exercise, but as a commercial one. Where can AI remove friction, surface insight faster, and give the sales team an edge?

What We're Looking For

  • You're a senior RevOps leader with the gravitas to sit in the room with the COO and CFO and be taken seriously — and the operational depth to know when the forecast is wrong and why.
  • You combine strong Salesforce and GTM tech fluency with a genuinely curious, AI-literate mindset.
  • You've worked in environments where deals are complex, relationships are long, and losing a single account matters.
  • You're not looking to build a large team around you. You're energized by direct impact, personal ownership, and the kind of influence that comes from being indispensable to leadership — not from headcount.
  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or a closely adjacent B2B role. Experience in subscription, membership, retainer or high-ACV enterprise B2B models is a strong plus. Background in information services, professional services, or advisory businesses a significant advantage.

What's On Offer

  • Competitive salary and bonus
  • Unlimited holidays
  • Private healthcare and life insurance
  • Enhanced pension and parental leave
  • Custom-designed offices in Central London — free breakfasts, great team
