Head of Revenue Operations

📍 Reading (Hybrid – 3 days per week)
💰 £90,000–£95,000 + 15% Bonus + Equity

Build the Revenue Operations function for a high-growth SaaS business.

An ambitious, private equity-backed B2B SaaS organisation is looking for its first Head of Revenue Operations to build and own the Revenue Operations function.

This is a rare opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage of growth, working directly with the CFO and senior commercial leaders to shape how revenue is forecast, measured and optimised.

The business has exciting growth plans, including acquisitions and a clear long-term strategy, making this a genuinely high-impact role with significant visibility across the leadership team.

This isn't a people management position just yet but there is scope to grow. Instead, it's an opportunity for an experienced RevOps professional who enjoys remaining hands-on, solving technical challenges and influencing senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and own the Revenue Operations function from the ground up.
  • Develop scalable revenue processes, governance and operational best practice.
  • Own and optimise Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong and the wider Revenue Technology stack.
  • Configure CRM workflows, automations and system architecture.
  • Design and implement API integrations between commercial systems.
  • Improve revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility and commercial reporting.
  • Act as the operational bridge between Finance and the Go-to-Market organisation.
  • Drive CRM adoption, data quality and process compliance across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Produce meaningful reporting around ARR, NRR, pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Manage commission calculations and incentive administration.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support future acquisitions and commercial systems integration projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
