Our Client
Fast-scaling AI startup solving operational bottlenecks in insurance, backed by $8M from top Silicon Valley and NYC VCs. 19-person team across NYC, San Francisco, and Connecticut—growing 100%+ with multimillion ARR already. They're opening their London office and need the right Rev Ops leader to build out the function from the ground up.
What You'll Get
- You'll be the first hire in London, reporting directly to the Co-founder/COO and owning a critical function as the company scales.
- £60–80k salary + equity.
- 4 days in our London office (will be in Zone 1), with flexibility around US business hours.
- This is hands-on, high-agency work — you'll see the impact of every process you build and revenue you forecast.
- Expect to grow into leading the entire revenue and operations function long-term.

What You'll Do
- Own the quote-to-cash workflow end-to-end: pipeline dashboards, ARR tracking, renewal management, billing reconciliation, and revenue forecasting.
- You'll split your time between revenue operations (60%) and broader internal business operations — vendor management, contracts, financial coordination.
- Work closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and scale the GTM engine.

What You'll Need
- 2+ years in revenue operations, business operations, or strategic finance — ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company.
- You live and breathe SaaS metrics: ARR, renewals, expansion.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling.
- Experience with HubSpot and billing platforms.
- Most important: obsessive attention to detail, analytical firepower, and genuine ownership mentality. You spot problems and ship solutions.
