Head of Revenue Operations

Salary: £60,000-£80,000 + bonus + benefits
Location: London Hybrid Working 2/3 days office

The Company

Our client is an established UK technology partner with almost two decades of trading history. They design, deploy and manage enterprise networking, collaboration and smart building technology for organisations where reliability is non-negotiable.

The business has grown consistently through delivery quality and long-term client relationships rather than aggressive acquisition. Following continued growth, they are now investing in the commercial infrastructure required to support the next phase of scale.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Revenue Operations will act as the operational engine behind the commercial function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pipeline management — owning forecast accuracy, defining and enforcing stage criteria, and establishing a consistent deal inspection and review cadence across the sales team.
  • Go-to-market operations — supporting segmentation, territory and account planning, quota and commission modelling, and improving alignment between sales, marketing and vendor/partner activity.
  • CRM ownership — acting as system owner and single source of truth. Driving adoption, data quality, process design and workflow automation, and removing off-system reporting.
  • Reporting and insight — building the dashboards and analysis that inform board-level decisions: conversion rates, sales velocity, win/loss trends and pipeline coverage.
  • Commercial process — improving deal desk, approvals, pricing governance and quote-to-order handover.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Comfortable working across both recurring/managed service revenue and project-based delivery.
  • Highly analytical, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and hold the sales team to a consistent standard of pipeline discipline.
  • Suited to a business where the foundations exist but the operating framework is still being built.
