Head of Revenue Operations

Location: London or New York / Remote-first (US) · Full-time · Commercial

Reports to: President, with a dotted line to the CEO. Works directly with the VP of Sales, the Chief Growth Officer and the VP of Partnerships.

About CUBE AI

CUBE AI is an Agentic Crime Prevention Platform, built at the intersection of agentic AI, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention. We serve the institutions on the front line of an exploding wave of AI-powered crime: banks, fintechs, and the platforms criminals cannot operate without. Our mission: make the world a safer place. How we do it is the part we're happy to walk you through in a conversation rather than on the open internet.

Why this is the seat to take

CUBE AI is early, exceptionally ambitious, and backed by some of the world's leading investors. Our founders have built and scaled startups to unicorn valuations and exits, and have run mega teams at mega companies. The closest analogy is joining Palantir in its early days: a hard mission, a category we're defining rather than entering, and a small group of exceptional people compounding fast. If you want a comfortable role, this isn't it. If you want the defining chapter of your career, keep reading.

The role

We have landed some of the largest financial institutions in the world with a small team and founders in every room. That got us here. It will not get us to next year's number, which is roughly three times this year's. Our go-to-market runs on talent and relationships, and it does not yet run on a system. The forecast lives in people's heads. The CRM records what happened after the fact. This is the gating hire of our 2027 plan: every other change to the commercial organization waits until the measurement underneath it is trustworthy.

You own the operating system of revenue: the data model, the forecast, the cadence, comp and territory mechanics, the capacity plan, the hiring pipeline, and the layer of AI agents that does the work a sales-ops department used to do. You sit outside both the land and expand motions, so your numbers are a check on the leaders who own them. You are the CEO's window into the commercial business, and you lead a small team, starting with our GTM Engineer, who built the agent stack that reads our calls, routes intelligence and reports on customer consumption.

What you'll do

  • Build the revenue data model and make it the single source of truth. Define the objects, stages, fields and rules for the next three years. Kill legacy structure, dedupe, and make land, renewal, expansion and partner-sourced revenue visible as four separate lines. If it is not in the system, it did not happen, and you enforce that, including with the founders.
  • Own the forecast. Run the weekly forecast call and the monthly and quarterly business reviews. Leaders present, you prepare. Forecast accuracy is a number you carry personally.
  • Enforce the proof-of-concept gate. Our Head of Value owns the POC and implementation stages; you make the gate real in the system. A deal does not advance or count in the forecast until the criteria are met and recorded.
  • Design and run the operating cadence: pipeline reviews by region, deal desk, renewal and hiring reviews. The machine does not depend on attendance.
  • Own compensation, territory and capacity end to end. Turn plan into quotas, quotas into comp plans, and comp plans into paid commissions without dispute. Model capacity on real ramp, cycle time and conversion, and tell leadership early when the quotas do not add up to the plan.
  • Run the go-to-market hiring machine across sales, business development, account management, marketing and sales engineering through 2027. Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire are yours.
  • Own instrumentation and seller onboarding: the onboarding path, the sales tooling, and the activity and consumption signals that show whether a POC is alive or dead. Leading indicators, not the autopsy.
  • Build and run the agent layer. Extend the agents we already run and replace manual sales-ops work wherever it exists. You build with AI daily, not commission others to.
  • Make marketing measurable. With the Director of Marketing, ensure every event, dinner and webinar contact is logged, routed and attributed in the same forecast. One pipeline number, not two stories.
  • Tell the President and the CEO what the data says, in writing, before they ask. Be the person in the room who is never surprised.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your first 90 days

  • Weeks 1–2: audit every object, field, stage, report, integration, comp plan and open requisition. A one-page written finding for the President and CEO by day 10.
  • By week 4: the data model and cadence on paper and agreed, including the POC gate, renewal and expansion structure, and a calendar of recurring reviews with owners.
  • By week 8: the model is live, legacy and duplicates gone, every open deal and renewal represented, and the first forecast call run end to end from the system.
  • By month 3: next year's comp plans issued, weekly hiring reporting for every open seat, capacity plan rebuilt on measured data with the gap to plan stated in writing, and a weekly GTM review the CEO reads instead of asking anyone a question.

How success is measured

  • The quarterly commit called in the first two weeks lands within 10% of actual.
  • Zero hand-pulled numbers in the weekly GTM review by the end of your first quarter.
  • Planned ramp, cycle time and conversion within an agreed band of measured actuals.
  • Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire across every open go-to-market seat.
  • Commission disputes that cannot be resolved from the data: none.

What we're looking for

The bar (non-negotiable, every role):

  • Extreme drive and passion for the work and the mission.
  • Extreme ability to learn fast and operate with confidence in uncertainty.
  • Extreme IQ and EQ. You raise the level of every room, and you lose an argument gracefully the moment someone's right.

For this role specifically:

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or GTM strategy in B2B enterprise software, and you have built the function at least once.
  • You have owned a board-relied forecast and the data model underneath it, and moved a company from a CRM that records to a CRM that runs the business.
  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce fluency: objects, fields, validation rules, flows and reports, built yourself. You have cleaned up an instance that grew without an owner.
  • You have designed and administered comp and territory plans for direct, account-management and BD teams, and paid them out without unresolvable disputes.
  • You have built a capacity plan a CEO used to decide headcount, and were right about ramp and cycle time more often than not.
  • You have run GTM hiring at pace and held external recruiters to outcomes.
  • You build with AI daily and have replaced manual ops work with agents, automations or code you wrote or specified yourself.
  • Authority without a title. You can tell a President a deal is not in the forecast until it is in the system, and have them thank you. Written, precise, unafraid.
  • Nice to have: enterprise sales into regulated financial institutions, consumption-based pricing, a renewal and expansion motion instrumented from its first cycle, and scaling from roughly ten to thirty sellers. We can teach the domain; we cannot teach the rest.

How we work

Our core locations are Lithuania, London, and New York, and we consider remote-first candidates who can travel as needed. We write more than we meet and move at warp speed. We're AI-first: every person here is amplified by AI agents, and we scale capability, not headcount. We buy results, not services, and we never cut corners with the sensitive data and trust of the institutions we protect. Our five virtues:

  • A pedantic bar for quality. Thorough, complete, on time.
  • Radical ownership. See it, own it, fix it.
  • Relentless energy and audacity.
  • Automate everything. Hunt the 10x multiplier.
  • Have fun. It gets us through the hard stretches and keeps politics out.

What's in it for you

  • Uncapped growth. Ownership and title are earned in months, not years.
  • Real self-realization, next to people operating at the top of their game.
  • You share in the outcome. When the company wins big, you win big.

Let's discuss compensation and the rest of the details on our call.

To apply, send your CV and one page on the messiest revenue system you have ever fixed, and what you did first, to hr@cube3.ai.
