Why This Role Matters
The Head of Revenue Operations is responsible for building and leading the commercial operating system that powers Hansen's Energy & Utilities business. This role ensures there is one pipeline, one forecast, and one trusted source of commercial truth across a global business spanning four regions, multiple currencies, and a diverse mix of services, software licences, subscriptions, and evergreen contract models.
As Hansen continues to invest in ambitious growth, this role brings together the people, processes, systems and governance needed to drive consistent, data-led decision-making and predictable revenue performance. The role owns the commercial technology ecosystem across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, ensuring data integrity, forecasting accuracy and operational excellence throughout the customer lifecycle.
A key responsibility is establishing how revenue retention is measured, managed and improved across Hansen's extensive installed customer base, including its significant portfolio of evergreen contracts. By creating clear commercial definitions, robust governance and consistent operating standards, this role enables regional teams to manage customer relationships effectively and deliver reliable forecasts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
