Head of Revenue Operations

Fintech | London | 4 days per week in London office | c.£120,000 + bonus

A high-growth fintech business is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to take ownership of its global RevOps function and help build the commercial operating infrastructure for its next stage of growth.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You’ll inherit an established RevOps function and a team of specialists across GTM systems, sales operations and GTM engineering, with responsibility for bringing the different parts together into a cohesive global function. The business has recently evolved its commercial structure across the UK, Europe and US, creating a significant opportunity for RevOps to become a genuinely global enabling function across the organisation.

The role

You’ll report into the senior leadership team responsible for Strategy, Planning and RevOps, and will own the day-to-day leadership of the function. Your remit will span:

  • Revenue Operations strategy, process and execution across multiple regions
  • Leading and developing a team of around 4-5 across RevOps, GTM engineering and commercial systems
  • Ownership of the commercial systems environment, including Salesforce
  • Improving pipeline management, forecasting, reporting and GTM performance
  • Building a consistent operating model across regional commercial teams
  • Turning commercial data into actionable insight for senior leadership
  • Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Technology, Data and Strategy
  • Challenging existing processes and introducing better ways of working
  • Developing the foundations for a more AI-enabled and increasingly automated RevOps function

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This isn't a role where you'll simply manage a team and review dashboards.

You'll need to be comfortable getting into the detail when required: understanding the data, interrogating systems, building reporting, improving processes and working alongside technical teams to actually make things happen.

What we're looking for

We're interested in people who have a strong grounding in Revenue Operations and have progressed beyond simply being the person who keeps the CRM running.

You'll likely have:

  • Significant experience across Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / Commercial Operations
  • Experience operating in a B2B SaaS, fintech or similarly complex technology environment
  • Experience managing and developing a RevOps or commercial operations team
  • Strong Salesforce and commercial systems knowledge
  • A strong understanding of pipeline, forecasting, funnel performance and GTM metrics
  • The ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical ability and an instinct for finding insights within commercial data
  • Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in AI, automation and the future of GTM operations

We're not looking for someone who has already spent years building fully autonomous or "agentic" RevOps functions.

The technology is evolving too quickly for that to be a realistic prerequisite.

Instead, we're looking for someone with excellent RevOps fundamentals, strong commercial judgement and the curiosity to experiment with what comes next.

Why this role?

This is an opportunity to join a business where RevOps sits at the centre of how the commercial organisation operates globally.

You'll have:

  • Global scope
  • Work across UK, European and US commercial teams while owning consistency of process, data, systems and reporting globally.
  • A team to lead
  • You'll inherit a capable team spanning GTM engineering, commercial systems and Sales Ops rather than having to build everything from scratch.
  • Real ownership
  • You'll have the autonomy to shape how RevOps operates, rather than simply maintaining an existing playbook.
  • Technology and AI
  • The business is actively exploring how AI and automation can improve GTM operations. You'll have the opportunity to experiment, test and ultimately embed those capabilities where they create genuine value.
  • Executive exposure
  • You'll work closely with regional commercial leadership and senior stakeholders across the organisation, with the opportunity to grow into a broader strategic leadership role.
