Your Mission

We are looking for a Head of EMEA to join our fast-growing Revenue Operations team. Reporting to our SVP of Global Revenue Operations you will lead end-to-end revenue operations for Europe and the Middle East in close partnership with Finance, Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams. This is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the development and implementation of regional revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for our Enterprise business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Commercial Performance: Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify, design, and operationalize high impact "big bets" to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.
  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and insight-backed recommendations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor the FinTech ecosystem, tracking competitor pricing motions, market trends, and shifts in card network (Visa/Mastercard etc) and alternative payment method (APM) costs.
  • Pricing: Partner with global Pricing team to analyze payment economics, develop pricing models and enforce discounting policies, approval matrices, and commercial frameworks to ensure global consistency.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 20+ years' experience and proven track record of success in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the payments industry.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to break down complex, unfamiliar problems into defined areas of work.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred.

Salary Information

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is EUR 28,800 - EUR 40,000 (gross). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.

This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Nuvei and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
