Description
Based in Oxford and reporting to Aurora’s Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Revenue Operations will build and lead the global capability that enables Aurora’s commercial organisation to scale effectively and predictably.
Aurora has grown quickly across regions, products and customer segments. You will manage a small existing team with a remit to grow and own the operating architecture supporting commercial planning, forecasting, pipeline management, performance insight, process governance and technology enablement across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance and Technology leaders to create consistent global standards and greatly influence the commercial success of the business

- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, FP&A, IT and other functions to create joined-up end-to-end workflows that improve commercial execution, customer experience and wider business performance.
- Oversee team needs assessments and training in collaboration with the local sales leaders and the training team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
