Who we are

We’re on a mission to transform how fleets operate, using cutting-edge camera technology, AI, machine learning and telematics to make roads safer and businesses smarter.

As an award-winning SaaS company in a high-growth phase, we’re scaling fast and expanding into new markets worldwide. Our technology gives fleet operators real-time visibility, reduces risk, improves efficiency, and helps set new safety standards across the industry.

Join a global, ambitious team and be part of what's next!

The role

We're hiring our first Head of Revenue Operations: the person who designs, owns and runs the machinery behind CameraMatics' group revenue number. You'll report to the CRO, lead a Systems Manager, and own the global revenue engine from the first lead through to the hand-off into delivery.

This isn't a Salesforce admin role with a bigger title. We need a revenue architect. Someone who gets under the skin of how the business actually works, from how we price and sell through to how we ship hardware, install it and bill for it, and then builds the revenue process, data and systems that let it run at the next size up.

Why this role exists now

We've outgrown our current processes. Today, the forecast, commission, lead definitions, deal approvals, and Salesforce are spread across several people, and we need someone to own the whole thing end to end across all territories.

At the same time, a lot is landing at once. DealHub CPQ is going live, Salesforce needs to connect properly to the warehouse and Finance, we're working toward having Salesforce support in-house, and the board expects a forecast that holds within ±10% for two consecutive quarters. You'll be the one person accountable for the revenue side of all of that, working with Operations and Finance on theirs, and for building something that scales with us rather than something we rebuild in a year.

What you'll own

  • Group revenue architecture. Map how revenue really flows through CameraMatics today, find where it breaks, and design the target model. That covers the customer lifecycle, the GTM data model and the commercial hand-offs into delivery. You'll work alongside our Head of Operational Excellence, who owns cross-functional process redesign across the company.
  • Forecasting and performance. Own the forecast process and methodology, pipeline health, funnel conversion and the revenue reporting that goes to the leadership team and the board. The number should be one that everyone trusts without a debate about where it came from.
  • Deal desk. Run the deal desk day to day: pricing approvals, discount controls, non-standard terms and quote quality in DealHub. You'll take this over from the current owner, so it's live from day one.
  • Commercial operations. Design and run territories, quota setting, capacity planning and commission. Commission gets calculated correctly, paid on time and understood by the people earning it.
  • Systems and data. Be the business owner of Salesforce, DealHub and the connected revenue stack, including Gong. On HubSpot and marketing automation you're the governance partner to our Head of Demand Gen, who owns it. You'll set priorities and architecture, and your Revenue Systems Manager will make the platform changes. You'll also own GTM data quality and definitions.
  • Cross-functional hand-offs. Own the commercial side of the hand-off from Closed Won into order, installation, go-live and billing: the customer and order data, and what Salesforce sends downstream. Operations owns fulfilment and the future WMS, Finance owns billing controls, and each integration has a named technical owner. You'll agree changes with them through the monthly business systems and data governance forum, which you'll sit on.
  • Your team. Build and lead the function, starting with a Systems Manager who will bring Salesforce administration in-house from our current outsourced partner.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What success looks like

  • First 90 days. You've learned the business end to end: sat with sales, CS, the warehouse, installs and Finance. The deal desk is running under you without a drop in pace. We’ve hired or are close to hiring your Systems Manager. You've produced a clear view of the current revenue engine, where it breaks and what you'll fix first.
  • By 3 months. One forecast process everyone uses, with the leadership team working from the same number. Commission and territory rules written down and running without disputes escalating. Salesforce moved in-house from our outsourced partner, with a prioritised backlog and a proper release rhythm. DealHub live and matching how we actually price.
  • By 6-9 months. The forecast holds within ±10% for two consecutive quarters. Clean, trusted pipeline and revenue data in every board pack. A documented GTM process from lead to Closed Won, with the hand-offs into delivery agreed with Operations and Finance and every revenue system under a named owner. A revenue operations function that could support twice the business we have today.

Experience we need

  • 6+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or commercial finance, with at least 3 leading the function
  • Built or rebuilt a RevOps function at a scaling B2B SaaS business, ideally through a funding round and into multiple countries (Specifically North America, UK, Ireland, Spain, Netherlands)
  • Owned the forecast and board-level revenue reporting, and been held to it
  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce knowledge: you can design the data model and you know what good looks like
  • Ability to build in Salesforce, not just advise on it
  • Designed and run commission plans, territories and quota models
  • Run a deal desk or pricing governance, ideally with a CPQ tool

Experience that would help

  • A business that sells hardware and subscriptions together, with stock, installations and field service in the mix
  • Integrating a CRM with ERP or warehouse systems
  • DealHub, Gong, HubSpot or SAP
  • Fleet, telematics, logistics or another operationally heavy industry
  • Working across the UK and continental Europe

How you work

You learn a business before you try to fix it, and you go and see how things work rather than reading about it. You think in systems but you're commercial first: you know the process exists to help sell and keep customers, not the other way round. You're comfortable telling a CRO, a COO or a sales team that the answer is no, and explaining why. You'd rather build something simple that everyone uses than something clever that nobody does.
