We are hiring the person who makes our revenue engine impossible to break.
We are a capital advisory firm working with founders across Europe and the Gulf who are raising capital or selling their companies. We run a full outbound machine: cold email, LinkedIn, and a phone team dialling all day, feeding qualified founder calls to our closers. The machine works. Your job is to make it relentless.
THE ROLE
You own the entire revenue engine from first dial to cash collected. Every number, every conversion rate, every rep. You report directly to the CEO, and you get real autonomy over process, strategy, and innovation. If you can prove it in the numbers, you get to change it.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- The full sales cycle: every discovery call, every proposal call, every close, tracked and accounted for, daily and monthly
- Booked calls tracked every single day, and growing month over month. If the line is flat, you are already working on why
- KPIs and targets for the entire team: closers, cold callers, everyone. You set them, you enforce them, and you go in hard when they are missed
- Call review as a discipline: you listen back to cold calls, discovery calls, and proposal calls, then rewrite and sharpen scripts based on what you hear
- Funnel optimisation: you find where revenue leaks (no-shows, slow follow-up, stalled proposals, dead stages) and you plug it
- The number that rules them all: booked call to cash collected, cut every way possible - by rep, by channel, by week, by lead source
- Managing the sales team and the cold calling team day to day: pipeline reviews, performance conversations, hiring input
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

THE NUMBERS YOU WILL LIVE IN
Dials, connects, booked calls, show rate, discovery-to-proposal, proposal-to-close, cycle length, cash collected. You should read that list and feel excited. If you felt nothing, stop reading.
THE COMP
- $2,000/month base + 5% override on every deal the team closes
- Average engagement is $30,000, so every team close puts $1,500 in your pocket
- At 2 team closes a week you are at ~$15k/month. At 5 a week, ~$34.5k/month
- At our target run rate, this seat pays $50k+/month. That is a $600k/year role for running the machine, not carrying a bag

WHO YOU ARE
- Obsessed with numbers. Genuinely. You optimise things at midnight because a conversion rate annoyed you
- Obsessed with deal making and finance. You want to understand capital raising deeply, not just report on it
- Fanatical about small details: a weak script line, a 4-hour follow-up delay, a rep skipping a stage. You catch all of it
- Comfortable holding high-performing, aggressive closers accountable. They earn more than most people. You are the person they answer to
- A systems thinker: CRM discipline, dashboards, clean data, or it did not happen
- Proven track record running or optimising a sales team or revenue function, with the before-and-after numbers to show it
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
- Report writers. We do not need a scorekeeper, we need someone who changes the score
- Anyone uncomfortable with confrontation when targets are missed
- Anyone who thinks "the funnel looks fine" is a finished sentence
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
