Head of Revenue (Sales) | Data & AI Consultancy

£125,000 - £175,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Wimbledon, London (3-4 days per week)

About Rockborne

Rockborne is a specialist Data & AI consultancy helping organisations build, scale and deploy data capability through consulting, project delivery and workforce solutions.

Having established strong foundations in the market, we're entering the next phase of growth and are looking for a senior commercial leader to scale and mature our revenue function.

This is an opportunity to inherit an existing commercial organisation and build a repeatable growth engine capable of supporting the next stage of the company's journey.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional enterprise sales leadership role. It is also not a pure individual contributor position.

You'll inherit an existing commercial team consisting of:

  • Sales Directors
  • Growth Managers
  • Business Development leadership
  • SDR capability

Your role will be to bring these functions together, implement structure and process, improve commercial execution and drive sustainable growth across the business.

You'll work directly with the executive team to help shape how Rockborne evolves as a Data & AI consultancy and identify opportunities to expand revenue streams, partnerships and service offerings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
