Head of Revenue Operations
Our client is a private equity-backed, global SaaS business going through an exciting period of international growth. With an established presence across multiple markets and a growing commercial organisation, the business is investing heavily in its technology, people and go-to-market infrastructure to support its next phase of scale.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build the systems and processes that sit behind a high-performing global sales organisation.
This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, working closely with senior Sales, Marketing and executive leadership. A key focus will be using AI, automation and technology to make the sales function more productive and scalable.
What you will do
- Own and develop the global Revenue Operations function
- Build scalable systems, processes and workflows to support continued international growth
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve productivity, pipeline performance and commercial execution
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into sales processes and workflows
- Introduce automation to remove manual work and improve sales efficiency
- Own and optimise the CRM and wider revenue technology stack
- Build robust reporting, forecasting and dashboards for senior leadership
- Improve data quality, pipeline management and sales processes
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design solutions to solve them
- Develop the infrastructure required to scale the sales organisation globally
- Act as a key bridge between commercial teams, technology and senior leadership

What you have done

- Proven Revenue Operations experience within a SaaS, technology or high-growth environment
- Experience working within a global or multi-market sales organisation
- Strong track record of building systems, processes and infrastructure from the ground up
- Demonstrable experience using AI and automation to enable sales teams
- Strong understanding of CRM, sales technology, data and revenue processes
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management and commercial reporting
- A genuine interest in emerging AI technology and its practical application within sales
- Commercially minded and highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into action
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior Sales leadership
- A hands-on builder who enjoys solving problems and creating scalable solutions
