Head of Reward

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits

We are partnering with a global, market-leading logistics and supply chain business operating across complex UK and international operations. The UK organisation employs above 5000 permanent staff across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, complemented by a substantial operational workforce.

As the business enters its next phase of organisational evolution, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Reward to lead the Reward agenda. This key leadership role offers high visibility across executive stakeholders, as well as clear future progression pathways if desired.

As Head of Reward, you will take ownership of the full Compensation & Benefits function, providing strategic and operational guidance to the HR Leadership Team and global C&B stakeholders. Managing a dedicated team, you will oversee reward governance, annual pay reviews, trade union negotiation benchmarking, benefits renewals, and executive reward frameworks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
