Head of Reward
We're delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised organisation on the appointment of a Head of Reward; a high-profile leadership opportunity for an established reward professional with deep Exec Comp and Remco expertise.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the reward agenda for a complex global business and serve as a trusted adviser to the Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee on some of the organisation's most critical people and reward decisions.
Leading a team of 3, this role carries significant visibility and influence across the business, with responsibility for shaping reward strategy, governance and executive compensation frameworks during a period of substantial organisational transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Group-wide reward strategy, philosophy and governance
- Act as the principal adviser on Exec Comp, incentive design and reward-related risk
- Partner closely with the CEO, CPO, Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee
- Oversee executive compensation, LTIPs, share plans, pensions and broader reward frameworks
- Support the business through a significant transformation programme, ensuring reward structures remain commercially effective and fit for purpose

Requirements
We're looking for a senior reward professional with deep Exec Comp expertise, extensive RemCo exposure and the gravitas to influence at Board and Executive Committee level. Experience operating within complex global organisations and navigating periods of transformation is essential.
Location
- London - Hybrid 3 days in the office
Package
- Base salary to £175,000 plus 60% bonus, car allowance and a long-term incentive opportunity (total compensation c.£300,000+)
