We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Organisation & Reward to lead the evolution of our global organisation and reward strategy. This is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for ensuring our organisation structures, job architecture, reward frameworks and workforce insights enable the business to attract, retain and develop exceptional talent while supporting sustainable growth.
Partnering closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Technology and senior business leaders, this role will shape how work is organised, how talent is rewarded and how workforce decisions are informed through data and insight. You will act as the organisation's subject matter expert on reward, organisation design and workforce analytics, ensuring practices are equitable, market competitive and aligned with our values. Indirect influence: Organisation design, reward strategy, ASR budget application (£2.5m), Annual bonus scheme + Senior Leadership Long-Term Incentive Plan (£9m+).
What you’ll be doing:
Organisation Effectiveness & Workforce Planning
- Lead organisation design initiatives that improve effectiveness, agility and business performance.
- Partner with senior leaders to design scalable organisation structures aligned to strategic priorities.
- Develop workforce planning approaches that support future capability needs and talent strategies.
- Ensure organisation design decisions are informed by data, governance and business outcomes.
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure accurate documentation of reward frameworks and decision-making processes.
- Drive consistency across job architecture, role clarity and career frameworks globally.
- Champion fair, transparent and inclusive reward practices across the organisation.

Reward Analytics & Insights
- Develop a market-leading workforce and reward analytics capability.
- Leverage advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights and external market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Create executive-level dashboards and reporting that provide meaningful insight into workforce trends, reward effectiveness, engagement, retention and organisational health.
- Translate complex data into clear business recommendations that drive action.
- Lead the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews, annual bonus planning, long-term Incentive plan and annual Executive Compensation review.
- Ensure these programmes are delivered effectively, consistently and within agreed budgets.
- Partner with Finance to model reward costs and support workforce planning decisions.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert for reward and organisation effectiveness across the business.
- Present recommendations and insights to Executive Leadership Team and Board-level stakeholders where required.
- Shape and influence strategic people decisions through evidence-based thinking and commercial judgement.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience leading reward and organisation effectiveness strategies within a global, matrixed environment.
- Expertise in job architecture, organisation design, grading frameworks and executive reward.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance people, risk and financial considerations.
- Experience using workforce analytics and data insights to drive business decisions.
- Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and leading through complexity and change.
- Experience managing external reward providers, benchmarking partners and market data sources.
- Experience of Executive Compensation, Governance and Remuneration Committee reporting.
