A global family business behind some of the world’s most iconic active and lifestyle brands. We bring integrity, energy and ambition to our work, setting high standards and striving to deliver great outcomes without ego.

Shape the work behind some of the world’s most loved sport, outdoor and lifestyle brands.

At Pentland Brands, every role helps move our brands forward. Whether you’re supporting our people, improving our systems, growing our commercial performance, strengthening operations or shaping better ways of working, your impact reaches across a portfolio of iconic brands used by consumers around the world.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Organisation & Reward to lead the evolution of our global organisation and reward strategy.

This is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for ensuring our organisation structures, job architecture, reward frameworks and workforce insights enable the business to attract, retain and develop exceptional talent while supporting sustainable growth.

Partnering closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Technology and senior business leaders, this role will shape how work is organised, how talent is rewarded and how workforce decisions are informed through data and insight. You will act as the organisation's subject matter expert on reward, organisation design and workforce analytics, ensuring practices are equitable, market competitive and aligned with our values.

Indirect influence: Organisation design, reward strategy, ASR budget application (£2.5m), Annual bonus scheme + Senior Leadership Long-Term Incentive Plan (£9m+).

What you’ll be doing:

Organisation Effectiveness & Workforce Planning

  • Lead organisation design initiatives that improve effectiveness, agility and business performance.
  • Partner with senior leaders to design scalable organisation structures aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Develop workforce planning approaches that support future capability needs and talent strategies.
  • Ensure organisation design decisions are informed by data, governance and business outcomes.
  • Maintain audit readiness and ensure accurate documentation of reward frameworks and decision-making processes.
  • Drive consistency across job architecture, role clarity and career frameworks globally.
  • Champion fair, transparent and inclusive reward practices across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
