Head of Reward

HRLife are delighted to be partnering with a global business with an impressive track record of sustainable growth, innovation and long-term value creation, to appoint a Head of Reward - a newly created role within the Group Total Rewards function.

This is a high-impact opportunity sitting within Group Total Rewards, operating as a trusted senior partner across a complex, international and highly acquisitive environment. It’s a successful global business that combines the scale and sophistication of a listed organisation with the pace, agility and collaborative feel of a smaller business.

Operating within a decentralised, fast-paced and intellectually curious environment, this role offers genuine breadth and visibility. Executive reward and Remuneration Committee activity will form an important part of the remit, alongside broader reward strategy, governance, global mobility and leadership of a small global team.

Working closely with the Director of Total Rewards and senior stakeholders across the Group, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Remuneration Committee, preparing papers, analysis and recommendations, and contributing to executive reward decisions. Alongside this, you’ll help shape and evolve reward frameworks that support growth, performance and fairness across an international population.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
