YOUR ROLE
As Head of Reward, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the reward agenda across CEVA’s UKIN business. This is a key leadership role, working as part of CEVA’s wider regional and global Reward network, where you will contribute to group-wide reward priorities and initiatives and translate these into effective solutions for the UKIN business.
You will lead the implementation and delivery of reward programmes, ensuring group reward initiatives are effectively embedded within the business whilst maintaining strong governance, consistency and compliance across our reward practices.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
This is a role for someone who can move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, someone who can look at the data, understand the commercial context and turn it into clear recommendations that make a difference.
You will:
- Lead the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonus and incentive arrangements and wider reward activity for both unionised and non-unionised colleagues.
- Lead salary and rate range management, job evaluation and reward benchmarking, providing insight to support competitive and consistent reward practices across UKIN.
- Provide expert reward advice and insight to senior stakeholders, both in country and internationally, supporting reward-related decision making.
- Lead the review, implementation and ongoing management of benefits and wider employee reward propositions, including pension arrangements and broker and benefits renewals.
- Support the development and management of salary budgets, providing reward insight to inform workforce planning, negotiations and financial decision making.
- Ensure reward policies, processes and practices are underpinned by strong governance and compliance with relevant UK, Ireland and Nordic legislation and regulatory requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
