Head of Total Reward & Payroll | 15-Month FTC | West London | Hybrid
We're partnering with one of the world's most iconic names in entertainment to find an experienced Head of Total Reward & Payroll for a 15-month maternity cover contract.

The Role
Reporting into the VP of HR, you'll operate as the senior Reward lead for the European business of 1,300 employees, leading a team of three. You'll work with autonomy and confidence, continuing to develop and embed a well-established Total Reward function across a multi-studio European operation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing expert guidance across compensation, benefits, and payroll for a complex, multi-entity European business
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of three
- Owning governance of Job Architecture and identifying areas for improvement
- Leading pay transparency initiatives, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Driving annual compensation planning, bonus cycles, benefits renewals, UK Gender Pay Gap reporting, and benchmarking submissions
- Partnering with senior HR and business leadership to embed reward best practice
- Collaborating with Finance, HR Systems, HR Operations, and L&D to improve reward processes and decision-making
