Head of Reward
South West London | £75,000–£85,000 | Full-time office based
JGA are partnering with a large, multi-site organisation to recruit a Head of Reward to lead its reward strategy across compensation, benefits, incentives and governance.
This is a broad, hands-on role with plenty of senior exposure. You’ll own the annual reward cycle while helping shape how the business approaches pay, commission, benefits and longer-term reward strategy.
The role:
- Lead the overall reward, compensation and benefits strategy
- Own salary reviews, bonus planning and the annual reward cycle
- Manage complex bonus and commission structures
- Develop salary frameworks, job banding and benchmarking
- Oversee employee share schemes
- Lead the benefits strategy, including insured benefits and benefit providers
- Manage pension schemes and auto-enrolment compliance
- Support reward activity through acquisitions and business change
- Ensure compliance with NMW and wider UK reward legislation
- Lead gender pay gap reporting and support RemCo activity
- Provide reward analytics and market insight to senior leadership
- Lead on pay transparency and reward communications

What we’re looking for:
- Strong Reward / Compensation & Benefits experience
- Experience within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation
- Excellent knowledge of UK reward legislation
- Strong experience with bonus and commission structures
- Experience managing benefits, pensions and ideally share schemes
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
- Commercial, analytical and confident operating in a hands-on role
This would suit an experienced Reward leader looking for genuine ownership of the function and the opportunity to influence reward strategy at senior level.
