Senior Reward & Benefits Manager
HR Support is collaborating with an award-winning and innovative mid-sized international law firm to find a Senior Reward & Benefits Manager to head up their Reward & Benefits team for a period of Maternity leave.
About the Role
The role is reporting to the Head of People, and will be managing a team of two experienced Reward professionals. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office.
This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to take on increased responsibility, scope, and engagement by leading the firm's Reward strategy, or for a Head of Reward & Benefits looking for an exciting interim opportunity.
Although it’s only a fixed term contract, they would love a good amount of time for a handover (and hand back!), so they would prefer candidates who available immediately or on no more than one months’ notice – but as a result we expect this role to be at least 12 months, probably more likely to be 14 months.

The candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, the payroll manager, and the wider HR team to manage the firm's compensation strategy, enhance their benefits offering, and support their Wellbeing program.

Requirements
Candidates should have strong Compensation and Benefits experience gained in-house within professional services (ideally in a law firm or similar). This experience should include a broad mix of Compensation and Benefits, along with designing and supporting effective Wellbeing initiatives.

Because of the international element to the role, ideal candidates will have experience and knowledge of Benefits and Pensions in different locations, particularly the Middle East and the USA.
