Head of RGS

Push Gaming is a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to players worldwide.

We are looking to hire a Head of RGS to own and drive the strategy, development, operational excellence and P&L of our Remote Gaming System (RGS). You will lead our RGS team, collaborating with the wider organisation to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality games. This involves supporting new gameplay features, working with the commercial team to expand our player base in regulated markets, collaborating with the data team to deliver accurate reporting on RGS transactions and gameplay, and ensuring the efficiency and performance of the entire RGS.

Location: hybrid in UK or Malta.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the overall strategic direction and performance of Push Gaming’s RGS and ensure it is aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Deliver on the business objectives of distributing our games across new and existing markets and customers.
  • Define and execute a roadmap that ensures scalability, cost effectiveness, security, and innovation.
  • Own the P&L of the RGS.
  • Collaborate with technology functions to carry out technical improvements and ensure system robustness.
  • Work closely with game development teams to enhance integrations and optimise performance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Oversee third-party integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliability.
  • Drive continuous and measurable improvement in uptime, performance, and security.
  • Lead a high-performing multi-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Manage team resources to deliver business goals and technical improvements.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing RGS or similar gaming systems.
  • Deep understanding of iGaming technology, regulations, and architecture.
  • Proven project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
