An opportunity has arisen
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Risk professional to take ownership of enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, loss prevention and safety strategy across a large and diverse business for a period of 6 months on a fixed-term contract.
Your new role
Working closely with the ELT, you will lead the development and delivery of a robust risk management framework, ensuring the organisation remains safe, compliant and commercially resilient. You'll provide strategic advice on regulatory matters, business continuity, governance, financial crime prevention and operational risk, while leading a specialist team and influencing stakeholders at every level. Furthermore, you will manage relationships with the regulators, lead and develop a high-performing team, deliver meaningful KPI's and embed a culture of accountability across the wider organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced senior risk professional, with a proven track record of operating within complex, multi-site organisations. You will possess a strong understanding of enterprise risk management, governance and regulatory compliance, coupled with the commercial acumen to balance risk mitigation with broader business objectives. Strong leadership qualities will also be a key requirement.
