Are you ready to build something from the ground up and shape the future of risk and compliance in a high-growth energy business?

We’re partnering with an ambitious, early-stage energy company as they scale their international operations. With a strong vision for responsible growth and governance, they are now seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance to design, implement and lead a best-in-class framework across the organisation.

The Opportunity

This is a rare greenfield role where you will have the opportunity to design and implement the frameworks and processes.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have the autonomy and support to:

  • Build and embed a group-wide risk & compliance framework from scratch
  • Shape policies, controls and governance across multi-jurisdictional operations
  • Influence business strategy while ensuring the highest ethical and regulatory standards
  • Drive a culture of integrity, accountability and continuous improvement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
